GENERAL CONDITIONS
 For all car groups the minimum age for drivers is 21 years. A valid driving licence, wich has been held for at least one ear, must be presented together with a passport or an acceptable national identify card. The minimal rental charge is one day. Deelays up to one hour are not charged, however each additiona hour is calculated at one third of the dily rental. Daily rates are for 24 hours from start of rental.
On collection, all vehicles will have a full tank of petrol and should be returned as such, otherwise the differnece in fuel spent will be charged, plus 50,00 kn refuelling expenses. Form of payment must be advised at the time of reservation. Cash rentals require a deposit wich is appropriate to an anticipated rental charge and relevant to the value of the rented vecihle. Reservations are usualy confirmed for a car group, and not for a specific model. The car is rented according to the Rental Agreement terms and conditions printed on the reverse side, wich renters are asked to read carefully.
INSURANCE
All rates include third party liability insurance. CDW and TP in case of damage to or loss of a rented vehicle or parts of it, fire, breakage of glass or theft, the renter is (even without being a fault) liable up to the replacement value of the vehicle or the real value whichever is higher. Therefore, additional CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and TP (Then Protection) fees are obligatory and reduce clients, liability to the amount of 2000,00 - 6000,00 kn (depend of the group) representing NWE (Now Waivable Excess).
PAI Passanger Accident insurance, insures a driver and any passenger in case of death of injury due to an accident involving the rented vehicle buy payment of a 10,00 kn per day fee. Amount insured are in accordance with the valid terms and conditions of the insurance company. Theft protection TP is not provided insurance for areas considered as risk teritory (Yugoslavia, Albania....etc).
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Child seat, roof of ski rack, 80,00 kn daily, maximum 240 kn per rental (damages or loss will be charged at cost price),
Delivery / Collection: free of charge within city centers. Delivery/collection after office hours is possible (charge 100,00kn, double after midnight). Outside city limits a charge is calculated per kilometers from/to garage basis.
A Chauffeur drive service is available, please enquire.
Vehicles for non smokers available on request.
